How does the free trial work?
You create your account without a credit card, set up your assistant and can test it with 50 AI messages. You choose a plan when you want to publish it for good.
What is an AI message?
It is a reply written by the assistant to a visitor. Messages sent by your team from the inbox are not counted.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time from your workspace, monthly or yearly. The change is prorated by our payment provider.
How does payment work?
Payments are handled by Stripe, a secure payment provider. Tilavo never has access to your card details. Your invoices are available in your workspace.
How do I cancel?
From your workspace, in a few clicks. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
